5. Pretty sure

I'm pretty sure that Al would walk away with Stein's money most days of the week. He kicked some serious ass on "Political Jeopardy". He also made Pat Schroeder look completely ignorant after she didn't answer a question referring to quorum.

Al: "Pat, you were in the house for 2x years?!?!?!?!"

Pat: "Geez, I don't know".

4. Stein's off day.

I thought Stein was pretty specious. He didn't mention the candidates strengths or weaknesses. Like you said, he called Kerry "too far out". He didn't bother to mention what issues he was specifically "to far out" about.

Stein didn't even bring up Clark. It could simply be because Clark isn't competing in Iowa.

Stein can be pretty well spoken on topics. But his smugness on this topic did show through. Actually, it was more like arrogance since he didn't seem to be able to articulate a single pro or con besides Edward's good looks and Kerry throwing his silver star over the white house fence (Stein called it a wall).

I do, however, think that Franken-Stein would make a good combo if Stein would pull his head out of his ass and bother to let us in on his seemingly irrefutable thought process.

I mean, if criticizing Bush's policies is called hate speech by the thuglicans, isn't calling Edwards' gender into question pretty revolting behavior?
