Bush is triangulating again. He has taken a democratic issue of reaclimating released felons into society. Except now he wants to divert more money into churches to "service" these released felons.
If God wants a religious program funded, he will direct his rich fundamentalists to contribute DIRECTLY to it. God is 100% for secularism.
