believes TO our troops. It then goes on to ask, "Do you believe to our troops?" Dear God, could these people be any stupider?

what a dumb poll. 'Believe in' normally means 'acknowledge the existence of' or 'think they are a good thing'. Either is a stupid question when talking about 'troops'. Presumably they mean 'wish them well', although they'll use the result of the poll to mean 'are being used well'.

although their copy of the 2004 SotU address is dated Tuesday Jan 20th 2004, there's no mention of her at all. Perhaps this is because they've put up last year's address by mistake.
