When will the PBA be overturned by the courts?

1. I know that two or three

Federal District Courts issued temporary injuctions against it within days of its passage, one of them was on the very same day. I'm curious about the status of it myself.

2. A woman will be hurt by it

and have her health damaged, and have the means to sue. That's what it will probably take to get that horrible thing argued up to the supreme court.

After all, the main vulnerability it had (other than the idiotic intrusion of a bunch of ignorant old men into a woman's medical decision) is that id failed to protect the health of the woman.
