2. data dump @3 p.m. EST:

White House will do the following:

1. admit that Rove leaked Plame's name -- but he used the word "operative" only in a Novakian sense; knew she was CIA but thought she was a telephone operator.

2. acknowledge link of Cheney to (latest) Halliburton thievery. Dick interviewed, authorized signing bonuses for, and shot pheasant with the two folks caught in kickback scandal ... he's "shocked, SHOCKED" at the developments.

3. announce federal investigation into "leak" of Limbaugh-related prosecutorial documents to Florida newspapers ... as a precaution, Ashcroft and minions will be shuttering all state attorneys offices and media outlets in the Sunshine State till further notice.

4. Release Chimpy's book report
on "The Pet Goat," the book he kept reading after the World Trade Center had been hit by 2 hijacked planes - obviously a MAJOR terrorist incident.

The Commander in Chief sat there and read the pet goat book, and did nothing to defend America, while another jet hurtled toward the Pentagon in Washington, DC, on course to attack the heart of America's vaunted military.

With the Commander doing nothing, no body even bothered to muster as much as a pea shooter to defend the capitol of the nation.

However, demonstrating once again that Bush is "faithful to the cause," the WH will finally release Bush's completed book report on "The Pet Goat" this afternoon. SpokesPublicans will say that the pResident has "a great affinity for goats."

What Bush did on 9/11:

Pssst. Don't pay any attention to this. Why don't you tune in Fox News right now and find out what's up with Kobe?
