Since Janklow gets only 100 days in prison, is he technically not a felon?

in the county jail... he would be ripped apart in prison, the prison he spent yeas making so nice instead of our schools... he will be set loose after 100 days to start a 3 year probation period... if he gives up his liscence for those 3 years and pays back the county for their expenses on him... the felony account will be erased from his record, which means he will be able to practice law again... which is bullshit, he killed a guy, afterall. this crap is all over my local news, it happend a bit north of where i live... so... we hear about it all the time, if we want to or not...

He has a felony conviction for which he was sentenced to 100 days in the county jail, followed by the remainder of his 3-year probationary term. If he screws up on probation the prosecutors can petition the court to revoke his probation and ask to have him re-sentenced. If that occurs (and it can, even for a minor offense, but normally is not unless the probationer keeps screwing up) all bets are off and the judge can sentence the fat, lying pig-f***er to prison, where he belongs.
