and trotted out the Bush AWOL, Kerry war hero thing.
All they can do is call Kerry a liberal and totally AVOID the AWOL issue.
Must be because they know it is true.

Its not a matter of political correctness at all. Its a matter of survival. Nobody can embrace that sort of image and survive today. Yes, I have read a fair amount of his writing and even agree with a certain percentage of it. But, and this is a HUGE but, the way its being delivered is soooo bad....

I cant believe that his site is aimed at anyone other than the white supremacists or the closet Klan members in the world. I wouldnt be surprised if he has Nazi swastikas subliminally imaged on his site.

Imagine Joseph Stalin coming back to life and joining the dem party. Now hes speaking words of moderation and common sense but will anyone really hear them?

Prolly not and neither will anyone see past the white hood of David Duke. And conservatives have nothing to gain but much to lose if we dont steer wayyyy clear of him.

We know the second one isn't true and the first one, well not actually but that doesn't mean it can't be entered into the public debate. The BIG LIE can work both ways especially if it is not in the papers/TV but over coffee at the shop/diner.

10. AWOL isn't a big lie, not even close.

It would be a simple problem for * to clear up, but he doesn't because he can't. He really didn't report for duty, he really didn't take the physical which would have included a drug test, he really pulled strings to get a transfer to Alabama where he didn't report for duty.

Its a fact he was AWOL from is unit in Alabama and never completed his tour in the Reserves or as a pilot. He would not have passed drug screening tests.

that he went to the Guard while in Alabama. Also the people who worked on the political campaign with * say the same thing. Funny, but no one in the Guard can remember the Congressman's son reporting for duty. The records don't show he reported as required. The military people who supposedly worked with the congressman's son can't remember him, either can the man that was supposed to have been his officer. Strange.

I sent the talk show host this link and just asked if any of it was true...I got this response which is typical of him.

Christian this stuff has floated around since the contentious election of 2000. There are folks who hate Bush like there are people who hate Clinton. The material on the web site is manufactured and malicious. Just like the stuff that was saying Clinton had people killed. Bottom line...if it sounds over the top it probably is...have a great weekend and try to stay dry :-) Dave
