so, to justify this extremely expensive write-off to the taxpayers...here is what cheney did today...

Don't forget, in his acceptance speech after getting nominated in 2000, one of Cheney's big lies was how moved he was by seeing the crosses of Arlington Nat'l Cemetary.... when Arlington does not have crosses. Maybe he was thinking of this one?
