It's called Probis or Promis software and it is available to the general public at a list price of about $6,000. It is used to try and time the stock market for profit. I saw a demonstration (believe it or not, it was at a seminar featuring Rudy Giuliani and Tommy Franks)and part of it shows the activity surrounding the Enron collapse. It shows how much and when Lay and the other top crooks at Enron unloaded their stock while Lay was telling employees to keep buying. It is documented proof. It is very strong circumstantial evidence. So the next time someone says "oh, it's very hard to prove, it's so complicated, or some other BS line, they are LYING!
