1. Here's the irony... The military will disqualify recruits with ADHD

on ritalin or other stimulants.... Now does this make sense? The doses of stimulants used in ADHD are extremely low-- too low to give the wired effects of the similar class drugs (amphetemines) that they themselves are giving. And, their reasoning for using these stimulants-- to increase concentration for extended period of time. Ahhhum... Do others not see the irony in this? Sheesh.

From their decisions on vaccinations, to just about everything else, the medical military establishment is one screwed up group IMO...

7. When I was in the service thirty years ago every pilot and crew carried

what was called "Stay Awake Tablets" Dextro-Amphetemine Sulphate. They were in our survival kits along with Pain Killers "Darvon" and many other goodies. I knew guys who would raid the survival kits to get these drugs and they were quite powerful. One pill would keep a person up for thirty hours straight. It isn't anything new just being talked about now more I guess.
