Abortion Activist Accused of Cybersquatting by W.Va. Paper
http://www.editorandpublisher.com/eandp/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=2076921

A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction Monday against an anti-abortion protester accused of cybersquatting by the parent company of the Charleston (W.Va.) Daily Mail (Click for QuikCap).

MediaNews Group Inc. of Denver says John Barry of New York has infringed on the newspaper's trademark by purchasing the Internet domain name charlestondailymail.com. The newspaper's Web site address is dailymail.com.

the funny thing about this is that the Daily Mail is the more conservative of the two papers in Charleston.

I ream their tired asses on a regular basis for their sinful lying ways! Funny, but I was just getting ready to pull their little chain about a totally unrelated matter! They jumped all over those fake letters from the soldiers in Iraq a few months back! The guy whose letter the rag printed didn't even know the letter existed! I gave the editor hell about it and he admitted in print, that he'd been had by Bushco's propagandists!

I'm going to send these letters from a soldier to the ass kisser and see if he has the nads to run them! If you haven't seen these then you should! These are the powerful case against the total immorality of Busco's War on Iraq, that I have seen anywhere to date!
