Research Challenge (Lexus/Nexis anybody?)

Are these people one in the same?

- David Epstein, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Net Assessment and PNACer

- David Epstein, supposedly a Senior Partner, Patton Boggs, LLP

I've Googled the hell out of this and come up only with Epstein's contact information at the DOD, and zero confirmation of him, or any Epstein, at Patton Boggs.

Can anybody, perhaps with better research skills or tools than I, confirm that these are or are not the same person?

1. I got nothin through Lexis Nexis

That has both his name and Patton Boggs. I did come up with a David Epstein "HEAD OF PHARMA ONCOLOGY, NOVARTIS."

And "David Epstein, a principal with Chicago-based J.H. Chapman Group."


I also got a David Epstein obituary.

And a David Epstein charged with offroading on Fort Lee property.

There is a David Epstein in the DOJ Civil Division, he would be
around 67. Law School Georgetown U.

8. There are 17 David Epsteins in Martindale.

Not one is a Patton Boggs attorney.
