It is basically a critique of Perle and Frum's book "An End of Evil". It points out how Frum and Perle invision a United States constantly on the attack. A world where our sons and daughters will be fighting endless battles and wars and where our country ignores any dissent and makes no allies. They also envision a country of ID cards and neighbors spying on neighbors. If you aren't scared of PNAC and the Neocons now, you will be terrified after reading this.
