Gay Marriage: McClellan Says That The White House Is Opposed...
The White House is opposed to "activist judges" who go against the will of the people. Does this mean that LAW has been replaced with anarchic democratic rule?

I'll betcha that there were a TON of folks who opposed public school integration. So would George W. Bush* have offered up the same response about "going against the will of the people" in 'Brown v Board of Education'???

To hear the White House spin on things, an uninformed person would come to the conclusion that the Massachusetts Supreme Court was just making things up as they went along.

3. Activitist Judges...
...Like the 5 Supremes who stopped the vote count in 2000. The hypocrisy never stops.

4. Bush liked the arbitrary abuse of judicial authority
when it got him into the @#$! White House.

How that bastard can walk around without his head exploding from the sheer pressure of all the hypocrisy I do not understand.

Ah well,

The Plaid Adder

5. So, Bush supports keeping an entire class of people 2nd class citizens?
All homosexuals want is the same rights heterosexuals have.

How freaking hard is that to understand? Well, if you're a Republican who was opposed to civil rights for minorities and women, I guess it's pretty hard to understand after all. :eyes:

6. Will of the people didn't mean much
When Bush assumed office after losing the 2000 election.
