I get to meet James Carville - help me ask a question
Carville and that shrew of a wife of his will be in our town this Tuesday. I offered to help at the event so I get to be at the presentation for free. Although I won't be able to meet him one-on-one, there will be a question-and-answer period. What question would you ask him? I have some I'm considering, but since this is a one-shot deal, I want to make sure I pick the right one to ask. Help me out DUers!

1. Here's mine:
Does the Democratic Party intend to invest as much energy into fighting Republicans as it did in taking out Howard Dean?

4. That is my exact same question
I wonder what he will say since he has been one of the party insiders who has been hostile towards Dean.

5. Will Bush*'s past be off limits this time around as it was in 2000?
Let's hear about Harken and Arbusto and Ranger Stadium and Funeral-gate and condition of Texas before Bush* and after Bush* and last but certainly not least Bush*'s military record. Or is the Democratic Party gunna roll-over and play nice as they did in 2000?

8. LOL!
I ask myself that same question each time I hear him; I've heard of opposites attract, but sheesh! And I'd give him my number before yours, honey! (joking; I'm happily married)

7. Ask him how he can keep from puking while he is around Novak,
he should get an academy award just for that.

9. Ask him why the hell...
...he's working for the Bush administration-backed 'opposition' in Venezuela that attempted to overthrow the elected president, Hugo Chavez, in 2002.

But ask it nicely... :)

10. In the still of the night
does your wife honestly believe that GWB is a competent president? Does she believe he was honestly elected?

11. I've just been informed
that we cannot ask the questions personally; they will be collecting cards and only certain questions will be asked :-(

I am suspicious of those collecting cards since I live in an extremely conservative area and I am willing to bet that most of the questions asked will be for that bitch Mary, and I doubt that James will get any good ones. SO.......

if there are any suggestions for a really clever question for Carville, I'd again appreciate it. I've learned a lot at DU and there are many here with great insight. Thanks to those who replied and for all your help!
