is that bush now has ZERO credibility. He could say that the sun rises in the east and everyone will want to check it out for themselves. He is done. Even Osama couldn't help him now. Have you noticed how quiet the repug congressmen and senators have been lately. I haven't seem much of anyone jumping to his defense. More and more they will distance themselves from the whitehouse. The problem remains that a person as deceitful as bush is capable of doing just about anything. Having said that it's nice to feel a bit of optimism. It has been a long time.

2. Once you lost your credibility, especially when it comes to all of your |

policies, it is almost impossible to get it back. I think he has blown his chances in the 2004 election. But they will do anything to hang on to power, so we still have to be on our guard at all times.

is that the media and the democratic party have finally realized that hiding and being afraid of being labeled "Unpatriotic" is not a winning formula. The media is beginning to smell blood on the wind of change and the Democrats have suddenly grown spines.
Credit where credit is due, Howard Dean and Dennis Kucinich weren't afraid early on and I'm glad they participated in the process and I hope they have some place in the new administration regardless of how the primary process rolls out (for the record im pro-Kerry but would be happy with any of those still in the race).
