Lou Dobbs - Dennis Hastert against outsourcing?

There was a quote of him telling Bush's economic advisor that the economy doesn't work when you get rid of jobs. Then Lou mentions that he's invited the Bush economic advisor on for the past two days but he has declined. Could Repug congress actually be planning to do something about this?
