1. If I had 660 pounds of cocaine in my truck and a suspended licence:
You can bet your ass I would be obeying the speed limit.

State police pulled over a tractor-trailer Sunday on Interstate 40 near Forrest City, saying it was speeding.

Troopers said the truck's driver was cited for driving on a suspended license and that he and a passenger appeared nervous during the traffic stop, so officers asked for permission to search the rig.

2. war on drugs
Does that mean that law enforcement can confiscate Wal-Mart and all it's assets because it is involved in drug smuggling?

10. Does this make Walmart a terrorist organization?
Remember, terrorists use or sell drugs.

6. Was it a Wal-Mart Truck?

The story didn't say. Wal-Mart contracts out alot of its hauling.
I once worked for a company that did alot of deliveries to Wal-Mart wharehouses.

He probably knew what was in there but sometimes you just don't know. You can't search every box. 44000 lbs worth of frieght it would take forever.

I worked for one company (get this the motto was Trucking for Jesus) where the son of the owner was actually involved in drug smuggling into Canada. He was long gone before I got there thankfully.

7. Well, they do have quite a distribution system.....
If you were trafficking, I'd think the Wal-Mart disty network would be might attractive.
