The panel's report, due out Nov. 1, will be sent to every American household along with a personal note from Ridge and the president about the progress of the war against terrorism"

So there you have it folks, A republican panel is going to say how wonderfully chimp is doing fighting terra, and they’re going to send it out days before the election.

What are we going to do about it? Think we ought to contact our senators and representatives?
