BFEE: 9-11 Saudi Connection is Off Limits …
Edited on Sat Aug-02-03 12:43 AM by Octafish
… not because it examines Top Secret means and methods of intelligence gathering. The missing 28-pages document that the Bush Organized Crime Family hierarchy knew what the Saudis knew.

Here's the case:

Saudi Intelligence, their CIA, has passed along to the US CIA, at least the Bush Faction, all that they had on Al Qaeda and everybody else they got files on, since at least the 1970s. The stuff they didn't send to us, we probably got through the Inslaw-PROMIS software the US Gov "sold" them.

The thing is: If the US has been getting all this info, then Bushco allowed the Saudis to continue funding and supporting Osama and Al Quaeda. Therefore, September 11 was allowed to proceed by certain people in the agencies and corporations Bush fronts for.

The BFEE had to know. There is no other explanation.

Heil Bush*.

Saudi spy chief: CIA got 'all' our intelligence on Al Qaida since '97

SPECIAL TO WORLD TRIBUNE.COM

Wednesday, September 18, 2002

ABU DHABI — Former Saudi intelligence chief Prince Turki Al Faisal said Saudi Arabia and the United States have been sharing information on Al Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden since 1997. He said Riyad relayed to the CIA all information collected on Al Qaida.

"As director of general intelligence, I had for some time regarded Osama Bin Laden as a key intelligence target," Turki told the Riyad-based Arab News on Wednesday.

"At the instruction of the senior Saudi leadership, I shared all the intelligence we had collected on Bin Laden and Al Qaida with the CIA," Turki said. "And in 1997 the Saudi minister of defense, Prince Sultan, established a joint intelligence committee with the United States to share information on terrorism in general and on Bin Laden and Al-Qaida in particular."

Turki served as Saudi intelligence chief from 1973 until several weeks before the Al Qaida suicide attacks on New York and Washington in September 2001. He was the leading Saudi liasion to U.S. intelligence, Middle East Newsline reported.

A little on PROMIS, for the uninitiated:

Death of a Journalist Exposes a Secret Government

November 1991

by Paul DeRienzo

Joseph (Danny) Casolaro was a poet, author and investigative journalist who was found dead last August, apparently from his own hand, in a West Virginia motel. Although a short suicide note was found near the body, his friends and family cast doubt on the coroner's version, that Casolaro had slit his own wrists at least ten times while sitting in a bathtub.

Casolaro was planning to write a book that would expose the story behind the 1982 theft by the Department of Justice of case management, tracking and workflow management software called PROMIS (PROsecution Management Information Systems), for use by public prosecution agencies. The software, which is still in use today, allows prosecutors to quickly and accurately track cases winding through the courts.

The investigation had taken the 44-year old divorced father of one into a misty world of organized crime, corporate greed and possibly CIA covert operations that may have led Casolaro over his head into a conspiracy by men with connections to the highest level of the United States government, a conspiracy that Casolaro called the Octopus, because its tentacles led from the covert action branch of the CIA into the heart of the most infamous scandals of our age.

Casolaro had maintained until his death that the PROMIS software was stolen and modified by the government for sale to the intelligence agencies of various countries throughout the world. He based his theory mostly on the testimony of a scientist, Michael Riconosciuto, who told a federal court that the software had been taken to the Cabazon Indian reservation in southern California.

DU & MODS: This post represents most of a reply to an LBN post. The information it represents, I believe, merit its own thread.

* Fuck you, Bush!

EDIT: Changed headline and a couple of references to Bush so that it makes clear that the BFEE is behind 9-11 LIHOP. Bush seems too stupid to be trusted with that info.

2. My bad: Should be Bush Organized Crime Family
George W. Bush is an incompetent unequaled in the world of business and political metrics.

As his "mind" is rivaled by that of a hamster, he only FRONTS for the BFEE.

Thank you for reminding me. I'll fix up the original post.

9. Poppy & Cheney spent the night of 9-10-01 in the White House..........
.....while the Idiot Son was in Florida and most of the cabinet was also out of town. Is it normal for the VP and the pResident's father to hang out at the White House when the pResident is not around??

Also, Poppy reportedly left the White House very early that morning, probably to avoid being placed at the scene by the media. But if I remember correctly, there was a Carlyle Group meeting in DC that very day, so placing him in DC is easy enough.

Just like he was in Dallas on 11-22-1963. Funny how coincidences like that always seem to follow Daddy Bush :eyes:

3. a google search for "promis software" reveals a lot more, also
. . . and here is a link to a July 6 article supporting the idea that the traitor and AntiChrist B*sh Sr. gave copies of PROMIS to Hussein and/or Osama bin Laden, years ago, allowing them to pinpoint the global manhunt and thus evade capture indefinitely:

7. Thanks, ima_sinnic! Question...
Thank you for remembering the Osama-PROMIS link. Unfortunately, I can't get the addy to operate. Would you be so kind as to see if it works for you? Thanks. In the meantime, I'll try and conjure it through GOOGLE.

Regarding PROMIS, here's a great archive of material, courtesy of PinkNoiz. A couple links have gone to Virtual Afterlife, but the ones with the government's papers are A-OK. The Congressional Subcommittee's report on Inslaw brings back a flood of memories. I spoke with the staff guy in charge of the project for US Rep. Jack Brooks (D-TX), back in 1992 or so. He indicated that the tip of the iceberg was all we would get on it, without a full Congressional investigation.

May as well add that to the list of unfinished and uninvestigated conspiracies that began on November 22, 1963. Seems the Secret Government is a lot more powerful than anybody could possibly imagine.

4. Good Rap..but
excising autopsy findings and the appendix to the UN report that excised US companies trading with Iraq during the sanctions REALLY only goes to show that the Finincial Pages of the WSJ or the NYT have the goods on the bas*ards and people should get informed about illegal...
But hey Poindexter resigned...so that is something

5. A Very Heroic Sneer
Thanks for the great graphic image! Notice how Dick Sneer's "body language," as Smirk would say, is completely different with his head mounted atop a straight neck. Without the usually portrayed sideways-head tilt, all the arrogance is almost gone and only the hatred remains. Fascinating portraiture, Stalin-like.

Regarding WSJ and NYT business coverage: Thank you for remembering who knows what and hopefully they kept the notes. Here's a letter from the late US Representative Henry B. Gonzales, a guy who looked into this very thing, to then-President Poppy Bush, a guy who knew all about the subject and probably burned the pink copies:

COMMITTEE ON BANKING, FINANACE AND URBAN AFFAIRS

Washington, DC, May 2,1991.

Hon. GEORGE BUSH,
President of the United States,
Washington, DC

DEAR MR. PRESIDENT: The House Banking Committee is conducting an investigation into over $4 billion in unreported loans the former employees of the Atlanta branch of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (BNL) provided to the government of Iraq between 1985 and 1990. The Committee's investigation has uncovered the fact that Henry Kissinger was on the International Advisory Board of BNL during that same time period and that BNL was a client of Kissinger Associates.

As you are aware, Mr. Brent Scowcroft and Mr. Lawrence Eagleburger were high ranking officials of Kissinger Associates- Mr. Scowcroft as Vice Chairman and Mr. Eagleburger as President. Kissinger Associates represents many large multinational companies involved in various aspects of international trade, including the arms business. Since these firms sell their wares worldwide, they often are the beneficiaries of U.S. policy towards foreign countries. I am deeply concerned over the potential influence Mr. Kissinger may exert over the decisions and actions of Mr. Scowcroft and Mr. Eagleburger, and am especially troubled by a potential conflict of interest involving Mr. Scowcroft.

The NationaI Security Advisor is in a position to strongly influence our national security and foreign policies, including the U.S. export licensing process. These policies often have a direct influence on individual corporations doing business abroad. Until October 4,1990, Mr. Scowcroft owned stock in approximately 40 U.S. corporations. many of which were doing busies in Iraq. Those companies received more than one out of every eight U.S. export licenses for exports to Iraq. Several of the companies were also clients of Kissinger Associates while Mr. Scowcroft was Vice Chairman of that firm.

Mr. Scowcroft's stock holding, particularly in corporations that are clients of Kissinger Associates, present the potential for serious conflicts of interest and cause one to question whether or not his decisions as National Security Advisor are completely disassociated from the interests of his former boss and longtime colleague.

Mr. Eagleburger, the current Deputy Secretary of State, as well as Mr. Scowcroft, may also be involved in a conflict of interest related to their role in promoting military sales abroad. The Legal Times recently reported that Mr. Eagleburger and Mr. Scowcroft (a lifelong Air Force Officer) are strong advocates of using $1 billion in Export-Import Bank resources to finance the sale of U.S. military articles overseas. The Legal Times also reported that Mr. Eagleburger actually sent a classfied memorandum to all U.S. Embassies urging that U.S. defense firms be given more help selling weapons abroad. Many corporations, including Mr. Eagleburger's past employer, the ITT Corporation, stand to benefit if the U.S. foreign service is forced to take a greater role in selling U.S. military articles abroad. For your information, I have attached a copy of the Legal Times article referring to Mr. Eagleburger's and Mr. Scowcroft's roles in expanding military sales abroad. I am concerned that their attempts to use the foreign service and the Export-Import Bank to assist corporations in financing military sales abroad may have been prejudiced by their past associations.

Mr. Scowcroft's and Mr. Eagleburger's actions seem out of step at a time when the U.S. should be leading a worldwide effort to limit arms proliferation. The positions held by these men are of the utmost importance to the national security of the United States. Persons filling such important positions must be independent from past associations which could cloud their judgement.

I trust you will consider the issues I have raised in this letter and, if necessary, take appropriate action to ensure that potential conflicts are eliminated.

Thank you for your time and consideration. With best wishes.

Sincerely,
HENRY B. GONZALEZ
Chairman

6. Note on PROMIS
According to the guy who doctored INSLAW'S original version of PROMIS, Michael Riconosciuto, he put a "backdoor access" capability that allowed the US to monitor the contents remotely. The software was then sold to targeted countries (approx. 80) through a third country. The implications for US pre-knowledge of the Saudi--terrorist link and numerous other incidents is enormous.

All through the 80's the US monitored Iraqi intelligence. The US knew Saddam was going to attack Kuwait, evidenced as well by Kuwait "liquifying" its assets shortly before Iraq attacked. Instead of warning Iraq not to attack, the US Ambassador told Saddam the US was not interested in "inter-Arab" border disputes. Iraq attacked shortly after this.

8. 9-11 is the key for bringing down BFEE
Exactly, 9215! Bushco Knows Global Criminality in Advance. It's the ruling elite's modus operandi: Never bet on a losing proposition. So, they rig the race beforehand. Big Time. Every Time.

Let's see who in government and who in civilian life stand up and side with the US Constitution and work to restore the rule of law return. Cracks are appearing in the Vast Right Wing Criminal Conspiracy. Let's jam as much wedging material down these fissures as quickly as possible, starting with the Bush Organized Crime Family.

PS: Thanks for remembering Roconsciuto, wasting away in Estill Federal Prison, last I heard. The guy also should be remembering for fingering Poppy for the October Surprise.

It is weird. When I was digging into "Iraqgate" years ago I thought it couldn't get much worse it almost seems trivial now. The BNL/Iraqgate scandal has alot of similarities to the current fascist actions in how our foreign policy and national security are compromised by corporate greed.

Great topic to explore the machinery of the BFEE. They are going down, only the speed and the date of implosion are in question, hee, hee, hee. :bounce:

11. Saudi Arabia has the most oil in the world
The Saudis had absolutely nothing to do with 911.

THe Bush cabal are giving the impression to the public that they are guilty by using some black ink in a report.

An invasion of Saudi Arabia may not be next but it is coming.

hide what the 9/11 investigation found?????

Just lay it all out and vindicate yourself. Oops, sorry, I forgot, it is about national security....do you believe that Bush is holding back the 28 pages for reasons of national security?

Saudi Arabia will NEVER be invaded by the Bushies. That would blow the lid on their international terrorist crime ring for sure after the US started snooping and rooting out the terrorists. Saudi Arabia's sovereignty keeps the investigators at bay, to invade would be to compromise that sovereignty.

14. Yeah
That's why 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudis.

And money given to the hijackers has been directly traced to the Saudi Royal Family.

The Bushes, the bin Ladens, the Saudis are all business partners getting rich USING OUR BLOOD and the BLOOD OF ARABS AND OTHER POOR PEOPLE ALL AROUND THE WORLD.

Please. :eyes:

15. Most of the hijackers are still alive!
Edited on Sat Aug-02-03 02:12 PM by Tammuz
The official version of 911 doesnt even come close to the truth.

The alive hijackers are Saudi pilots and other people who had their passports stolen.

The fact that they are still alive hasnt resulted in them being removed from the official FBI list of hijackers.

The report is a red herring to justify a future invasion of Saudi Arabia which is NOW POSSIBLE due to our occupation of Iraq!

16. One of my best friends was born in Egypt...
... He said the Saudis are loathed by most Arab people. The Saudi elite (royal family and the allied richest families) have squandered most of the oil wealth that could have been used to transform the region. So, instead of building schools, hospitals, affordable water desalinization systems, etc., the incredible wastrels of Saudi Arabia used the oil money to buy the most expensive weapons systems from Bushco and made bad bets on the roulette wheel at Monte Carlo that would make even Bill Bennett blush.

BTW: Bushco loves to go where the money is. Then when the money is gone, they find new "friends."

But an invasion would grant more control of oil to the primary Royal family of the USA and help increase profits of the Carlyle group.

Co-opting the POTUS probably has been high on the "To-Do List" of MI-5 since FDR's day. So, every time a new President is inaugurated or installed, the British aristocracy lays claim of direct lineage. That's why I like Kerry (and JFK). They sound Irish and don't like the Queen of England anymore, or less, than they do the waitress at the Dairy Queen.

PS: Lyndon Larouche has been hot and heavy for decades on the British Monarchy - POTUS connection.

13. Promis used by Poindexter?
I'd bet my last buck it was. Riconscuito enhanced the original Promis not only with back door capability, but AI as well -

http://www.fromthewilderness.com/free/pandora/052401_promis.html

This situation is custom made for enhanced Promis software with back-door technology. What better way to map and inventory all of the worldÕs resources than by making each client nation pay for the work. By providing the client nation Promis-based software it would then be possible to compile a global data base of every marketable natural resource. And it would not be necessary to even touch the resources because commodities and futures markets exist for all of them. An AI enhanced, Promis-based program would then be the perfect set up to make billions of dollars in profits by watching and manipulating the worldÕs political climate to trade in, letÕs say Tungsten futures. Such a worldwide database would be even more valuable if there were, for example, a sudden surge in the price of gold or platinum.

Understanding Promis and what it's capabilities are, puts a whole new light on everything from illegal money transfers to vote fraud to so many mysterious deaths - without a trace or a fingerprint.

18. un-Admirable Poindexter represents a major suspect...
... His resume reads like a combination of the All-American Navy man meeting the electrical engineering version of Dr. Strangelove. Graduating at the top of his Annapolis class, and rising through the engineering ranks to command ships and a destroyter squadron, his work "helped computerize" the surface fleet. Now, when he got hired to be Reagan's National Security Advisor, he would be the perfect MasterMind to see the promise of PROMIS.

Thanks a million for pointing this out, Romey. Perhaps Uncle Sam should put Poindexter in the Witness Protection Program.

BTW: Poindexter also was the guy who implemented Ollie North's "neat idea" of trading guns-for-hostages and moving the profits to the Contra accounts in Switzerland. North probably got the idea from Adnan Khashoggi (still friends with Richard Perle) or Amiram Nir (reportedly killed in a plane crash in southern Mexico) - both alleged Israeli agents. When all heck broke loose, Poindexter kept his wug shut and fell on his sword for the Vice President — miraculously missing all vital organs. Once he became President, Poppy would pardon Poindexter.
