But new CBS polling after the gay marriage "storm" still has a Kerry-Edwards ticket winning by 8% over Chimp-Cheney.
And I can't remember the source, but another poll had Kerry winning in CA by about 12% - the approximate margin for Gore in 2000.
Again, I don't remember a source, but Kerry's actually beating Bush in Arizona by 3% in another new poll. That's GREAT news.
When an incumbent is down in most polls at any point in the year he's up for "re"-election, he loses. That's according to the Gallup poll. Looks like we're still in good shape. I'm feeling much, much better than I had a few months ago. It looks like our party will be very charged-up and united for the Fall, and it looks like the somewhat-protracted primary season has helped our image with the general voting public. Very good news, indeed.
Hope that helps! :)
