Whatever happened to that one?? Trying to impersonate a Kennedy, Bush once more shoots himself in the foot and backs off in a hurry.

2. Dead on Arrival
NASA will spend a billion or so on this while it slips away. (I always love to analogy that if there were GOLD BARS lying on the moon, it would not be economical to go get them)

What's amusing is #43 is #41 is repeating his dad in several ways:
- War with Iraq
- Constituion Amendment (Dad was Flag burning, #43 is Gay Marriage)
- Proposal to go to Moon
- Out of touch with average America
