Just came home and there it is: an envelope from Bush Cheney 04! With a Do not bend presidential photo enclosed admonition!

How did they get my name? I am on every Democratic mail list!

I know. I am going to take this to the caucus tomorrow for a public bone fire.

And she's as Democratic as I am. We think it's because she lives in a heavily Republican precinct. Whatever--we got a good laugh at "enhancing" Shrub's photo and putting it on the fridge. He looks remarkably natural with horns.

Yes, "my" congressman is a pub and I once sent him a letter, but this one has my full name, including middle which I use for "official" documents like driver's license, voter registration.. deed for the house, etc.

If there is a postage paid envelope enclosed, I write them a short note telling them how shocked I am that they would think that I would have anything to do with a party that promotes hatred of women.
