I see a lot of Nascar stickers right next to Union stickers, was it more than guns that lost Gore some union members? did those union members ever vote Repub?

i see them all around me at work.

i should rephrase that...i see a good number of them at work.

mostly the macho macho ex-mil types that wouldn't be in the union except they have to to keep the best paying job they have ever had (because of the union). you can usually spot them from the other end of the building...they tend to have the same look... not very bright but like to spout off using the latest "word of the day", bald or shaved heads, and roaming the aisles while others do their work.

3. My neighbor has his steel union sticker alongside Bush/Cheney.

Honolulu, Hawaii. We have no steel industry here so he may just have it on his pickup truck in a display of machismo. The airhead also has a Harley decal on his rear window.
