What if Bush and Rumsfeld started saying that quote on tv for weeks, and then ..

Colin Powell went before the United Nations assembly tomorrow and said Bush was going to order the US military to attack, kill everyone and takeover Iran because ...

"they have WMD's and I have undisputed proof"


Would anyone believe him?


Then, even if the UN opposed, and even if 15 million people took to the streets across the world to oppose ...

Then Dick Cheney orders the US military to attack and takeover Iran anyway ...

Would anyone in the world complain?

Would they do anything?

Who would stop them?

1. Is this a racial question? Or a question of legitimacy?

The UN wouldn't have believed a white man either, if it's the former. The UN wouldn't have believed Rumsfeld or Bush, if it's the latter.

If Bush and Cheney send a high cabinet member to lie to the world at the United Nations about attacking and killing a third world country..

Why do you see a difference if that person carrying the message of lies has a certain color on their skin?

I'm confused, what is the connection of lying for Bush to kill for huge wealth of his bankrollers, and the color of skin of the liar carrying the messages??

2. I don't think it would be wise to attack Iran for two reasons

They are:

• Our troops are already overextended around the world.
  
• The Shiites in the South of Iraq may riot if we do attack Iran.
  

Just some thoughts.

That is why Venezuela is next on the list - they have the 'black gold' that the US needs.

5. Do you believe him on Haiti? I just do not believe him anymore.

I believe nothing coming out of a Republican anymore. It has been 3 years of lies.I frankly thought they were right when they came to Congress daily and said we must spend less as they did in the 90's and now look at them.It is a new party. They used to have some reason for doing things. I was not a Rep. by then but you could see what they wanted.
