We trade off between listening to Mike Webb (thirty miles away in downtown Seattle,) and Bernie Ward.

He's the greatest. It's a long wait to talk if you call him to comment about what's being discussed that evening, but we're diehard fans.

If you're listening to Mike's intros (he changes 'em a lot,) and you hear a female voice say, "You could make Sean Hannity cry like a little girl," that's ME! (The first time he played it, I had to wake up DH and tell him all about it.)

Now has as a guest a locally well-known fundie anti-gay bigot (Mike is openly gay, a fact apparently unknown to the guest (Lon Mabon)), and he is stringing him along in the best Mike Malloy style!

9. This guy is good

Again, a new listener talking here, but so far after just a couple shows this guy is great! He's got the voice, good timing, smart, fast on his feet.. all the things for a great host.

Why the heck is this guy on in the middle of the night?!

He should be on for morning drive-time or afternoons at the least..

Lemme guess, is that a Clear Channel station and/or do they control the radio market there too?

KIRO is owned by Cox Communications, a relatively small player. It is Seattle's largest station, however, and Webb's show is their highest rated talk program, despite the late night (10-1) hours.
