America is under attack, in slow motion.

Like in "The Passion of the Christ" movie, the really meaningful and awful moments are in dramatic slow motion. And the new bush campaign ads show bush walking in slow mo, New York City firemen, moving in slow motion, flags waving in slow motion.

And we are being attacked in slow motion too. It started under President Carter. Then the reagan/bush attacks to our constitution.
And the constant attacks from the hard core rightists against anything deemed liberal. They attacked America by harassing Clinton for 8 years, and finally impeaching him over nothing.

They attacked a legal election in 2000 and attacked the Bill of Rights. Now they attack homosexuals, and attack sovereign nations, and attack Democrats and now they are attacking our intelligence with these Twilight Zone ads.

Maybe the fact that we are under a slow motion attack takes away the reality of it. The slow motion attack is in it's 4th year, and still we too, seem to be moving in slow mo.

We need to snap out of it, and get synchronized into real time, and wake up to the fact that America is under an all out terrorist attack from thieves and murderers and madmen in the White House.

When I was a kid in the 60's, we were told that the Communists would destroy America, 'from within'. And now, it seems, they were partially right. But it aint' the Commies, it's the neocons.
