I'm looking for things like Haliburton that arent in the mainstream press.

At the behest of the White House, all provisions to punish war profiteers were stripped from the legislation. Not only did they want no-bid contracts, they wanted no-oversight contracts. It is easier to back your truck up to the Treasury if no one is watching.
