Keep it running whenever you can. Set it on repeat. It uses up bandwidtch, which costs money.

(if you have free/unlimited internet access, of course)

Every penny spent streaming ads to your computer is one less penny targetted at swing voters. There's 40,000 DUers. That's a lot of pennies.
