Did Tommy Thompson just call for free health care for all Iraqi's

Just caught the end of the segment on Hannity & Colmes, but it sounded like Tommy Thompson wants to give all Iraqi's free Health care. Did anyone else catch this? Colmes pointed out that millions of Americans do not have such access. Thompson began to explain the rationale behind his plan but I missed it.

1. I suppose if you're directly responsible for their missing limbs, and the

physical and mental problems from being exposed to depleted uranium, and you've murdered half the members of their families, I guess the least we can do is give them medical care.

3. Perhaps if we hadn't invaded Iraq and done all that, which we

are of course responsible for making reparations for, then maybe the 13,000 Americans who die needlessly each year because they don't have health insurance or accessible care could be taken care of.

There IS no rationale when you have so many millions in THIS country without coverage who can lose their house and almost every other asset they may have, have what little wages they earn garnished until they're ninety years old, or be thrown in jail (which hospitals are doing now, using a rare collection method of "body attachment"), watch your kid die because he needed a treatment you couldn't afford or that wasn't covered or he couldn't get access because you didn't have insurance, etc., etc., be afraid to go to the hospital if you have no insurance and little money because that's all they fucking care about now is the money and your treatment will be based on that no matter what pious platitudes they spout about how you'll receive the best care no matter what you can afford (yeah, sure!), not be able to see a doctor because most of them refuse to see you if you don't have insurance and don't have money up front, even if you're bleeding to death in front of them, where you have eighteen thousand people die each year as a direct result of not having insurance, etc.,etc., etc., and on and on and on. AND THAT MOTHERFUCKER WANTS TO GIVE FREE HEALTH CARE TO THE IRAQIS??????
