This is from an article by James Boyne, (I got the link from a Give Peace a Chance thread on the Weight Watchers site. We have some good discussions there but we often get parts of the thread yanked because some of the rightys complain that we are off the topic of weight loss. There are threads that cover just about anything from religion to TV shows and they never pulled. Sorry I'm done ranting)
