make me embarrassed of my hometown.

3. Bev in my hometown?
Cool.
She's gonna have a tough time at KTSA though.
They've been wingnut for years.

5. At least it's Brad Messer and not
*cough**hack**wheeze* Ricci Ware. Although, Ricci is pretty dang Libertarian and conspiracy-minded. He used to rail against electronic banking...I bet he could be useful in a BBV sense.

6. Do you remember when Jud Ashmore and Ricci Ware had their own show?
During the Iranian hostage "crisis" in the spring of 1980, some Iranian students camped out at the San Antonio city hall and were holding up pictures of Ayatollah Kohemeni. Every right wingers in town was downtown harrassing them. Ricci & Jud were right there leading the nuts.

Another time Ricci & Jud had former Councilman Bernardo Eureste on and raked him over the coals. But Bernie more than held their own and in the process accused them both of being racists.

I think Ricci has mellowed a lot over the last 25 years or so. His son Trey, however, is an idiot that makes Bush look like Einstein.

7. Lukcily I missed all of that fun.
I remember a little about Eureste. He was a character.

Trey is a dolt, though. I wonder what he'd be doing if he wasn't Ricci's son.
