down in the morning - small up in the afternoon - this wks. stocks

down in the morning - small up in the afternoon - this wks. stocks

I've noticed that all this wk. stocks (NAS) were down in the mornings and after noon they started to go up a little.

to have the same pattern all wk. caught my attention. does it mean something?

Small investors trade in the morning and institutions do their buying and selling in the afternoon. Or maybe it's the other way around.

I think a sell-off in the afternoon would be more meaningful since that's an indicator of fear and uncertainty.
