Apparently this is not a good thing for them to have done. But I am not a lawyer so I can't say for sure. So I won't dance around quite yet.

I'd feel a little more confident if line 20 on page 2 under WAC 434-333-045 Modification of Certified Equipment, Guidelines for Reexamination used the word 'shall' instead of 'may'.
