2. Well, it can't be 2 or 3...
They're not moving fast enough. Although the minimum speed in Belfast has dropped since Bill put all that effort into an accord.
But the West Bank still remains a sprint-or-die area.

Saw an article about it, and it seems many Israelis are not overly thrilled with it in a fashion layout.
