My new Motivation for participating in GE 2k4 - We must BEAT BUSH!! LONG

As you know, My DEAR DUers, I have been very apathetic about GE2k4 since Clark ended his campaign. Well here is my new motivation...Why I will work till I drop to get Kerry ELECTED!

There is a wingnut where I work. When I was wearing my Clark buttons he said that I couldn't wear them because it was against my Business Conduct Guidelines. So, I took them off and I hung them in my desk area. They are hung so that you really have to walk into my work area to see them.

Then he told me to take them down. So I did. Then he came in and said that when he met James Carville he told him that he couldn't vote for his guy (the Democratic candiate) because he was a Christian. THAT PISSED ME OFF!! :nuke::nuke::nuke:

When he went into wingnut overload. I decided to put my Kick'em out vote Democratic buttons up! I think I put up 5 along with my Clark buttons. I figured that since he could be a political ass I should be since I'm a Democrat.

Well TODAY he had the nerve to ask my Project Manager to tell me to take them down. He's intimidated by them and they don't comply with the Business Conduct Guidelines. :nuke::nuke::nuke:

Why did he have to go there. HE can be a wingnut political asshole and subject me to discussions about how he's a christian and how he cried @ passions and how he loves the Lord. He can talk about how he didn't like Harry Potter @ first but watched and determined that he liked it because it had Christian Themes. He can talk about how he is a Lord of the Rings fan because he is a Christian and a whole bunch of other stuff. Not to mention that because He's Christian and Republicans are better cuz they are Christians and that is why he can't vote Democratic in elections.

Plus they wanna have a TEAM MOVIE NIGHT AND GO SEE THE PASSIONS, BUT I CAN'T EXPRESS MYSELF?

They must be stopped. If we don't stop BUSH and everyone in the SENATE they will take over the world. WE must take their soapbox away. Religious Right Christians are the most JUDGEMENTAL people I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY ARE USING CHRISTIANITY as a WEAPON. THAT IS UN CHRISTIAN like.

While they judge and say how much they love the Lord they are so busy backing capital punishment. DUH!!! That is what Jesus' crucifixion was. While they say how much bettter they are than everyone else they don't back humanitarian causes or come to the aid of women who are being sentenced to DEATH BY STONING!

Down here they have TV commercials for a country Radio station saying that Country music is FAMILY music, AMERICAN music with little White kids dancing around saying things like the whole family can sing along, good stories and you can understand all the words. WTF ?

But I don't think "I love this Bar" and "its 5 o'clock somewhere" and "jose cuervo" are family songs that everyone can sing along to. . .I mean I love those songs but don't tell me those are christian values!

Interesting that country music says it is okay even though they sing about drugs (drinking), sex (adultery), and relationships (love gone bad) but rap is bad because it sings about drugs drugs, sex and relationships. . .

2. NO SHIT, that is what I was thinking, talking about sex, drugs, they are

sleeping around and shit, they just as freaky as anyone else. They think that is o.k. when they sing about it but not when anyone else.

The RWingnut radio hosts talk about anal sex all the time. They tell dirty jokes and racist jokes and it is o.k.

I hope GOD refuses to open the Pearly Gates when the RWingnuts come a knockin. Tell them to go on down to where they belong for being judgemental and twisting religion to further political gain.

3. Wow. you go girl. Use some of your "passion" to help your local

candidates also. We need that fire. A team meeting to see the Passion? What the hay is that about? Most businesses I know, one would be laughed out of the area if one suggested that.

see people react against this skewed view and misuse of Christ's message. A message that was about supreme love and acceptance of all people.
