What kind of a terrorist would give a public warning first before striking? Duh! Doesn't make any sense to me.

if the thought was merely announcing a future terrorist act was going to elicit terror, hey that works maybe once. But we've been under so many code orange alerts that I doubt if people are taking this seriously.

Terrorism works best when there is a THREAT.

You only need to back it up occassionally with actual violence. That's sort of the whole point.
