F. Michael Maloof who, along with Wurmser, created the predecessor to the Office of Special Projects. Maloof's main job was to link Al Queda to Saddam, but during his free time, he was running guns to Liberia (yes, that Liberia) with his Lebanese bidness partner, Imad El Haje.

Now he's been stripped of his security clearance - thus, basically rendering him impotent.
