Heaven knows I don't hesitate to jump on Tweety when he screws up, so the least I can do is prop the occasions when he does his job in spite of himself. He pointed out the embarrassingly obvious flaw in this aspect of the Bush campaign strategy not once but THREE times, and Bossie didn't take the hint. 1. Tonight Tweety was hard on the repub ad guy

Tweety asked the repub ad guy when did Kerry ask the UN to defend the United States. The repub add says that Kerry would have waited until the UN said it was OK to defend the United States. The repub could not answer and Tweety kept at him. Finally Tweety concluded that the repub ad was not accurate.

I heard that exchange and came to only one conclusion about why Bush is seen as an "average Joe" by his supporters -- because he's dumb. And they relate.
