Clinton on 09/14/2001

Bush on 09/13/2001

Clinton was down at ground zero consoling his country and hugging the bereaved and taking action to provide for survivors and their future.

Both images taken at 9:03 a.m.
Bush takes part in a meaningless photo-op, knowing full well the US is already under attack.

So where was george on 9/11?

1. I remember President Clinton & Chelsea in NY very well
it was a very moving experience for all of us, and it was so appreciated. What a difference between Clinton and "Lucky me, I hit the Trifecta" bush.

2. That is Chelsea in that video.
What an amazing woman she will be. Maybe she will be the first female president.

Clinton making himself so available, so vulnerable for New Yorkers was a true gift of bravery and compassion. He looked like the father of the country, and Bush looked like mommy's new mean and stupid second husband.

4. Bill Clinton.. "Father of the Country"
That's so right on... the country the rest of the world used to admire and love. That was before we were just jerks with big weapons.

12. The biggest difference between Clinton and Bush.
Bill Clinton understands the symbolism required in being President and Bush does not. Even after Clinton was out of office, he demonstrated this understanding. Bush has yet to achieve this understanding. Clinton also has true compassion for his fellow man while for Bush, it is only a slogan. Intellect and depth vs ignorance and shallowness. My only hope is that we do not continue with the latter.
