Why would a Republican consultant named Charlie Black have black teeth?

Anyone ever see this guy? He was just on CNN spinning for Bush. The bottom 4 or 6 front teeth on this guys are as black as the wicked witch of the wests teeth were. Why don't these folks get their teeth fixed for crying out loud before getting in front of a camera? Perception is everything. Can't the Republicans find a spokesman with white teeth or something?
