I haven't been able to find what this money actually went for...does anyone know where I can find info on this. I have read some threads here that spoke of our troops being short on equimpment and such...reports of the lack of power, water, etc...I am googleing but having no luck...

and here's some cool things I thought I would pass on...

1. Since the bush* cabal doesn't have to account for where the money
actually went, we will probably never know. There's no paper trail. But just think about how much went to Halliburton, KBR, Bectel, and the rest of the BFEE crime organization. Plus you have to remember we have to pay $347,000 a month to Chalabi and the rest of that corrupt bunch so that they can keep feeding us lies and then thumb their noses at us when they get in a snit. Oh yes, then there's bush's Uncle Bill, he's making big bucks off this illegal and immoral blood fest.

One thing I can tell you, very damn little of it has gone into the reconstruction of Iraq or towards buying safety gear for the troops.

3. heh...
that's funny...

It got me wondering when I read that post about the 4 billion dollars missing...whether its true or not...Bremer says it's not but I don't believe a thing this misadministration says...

I need some websites that shows exactly how that money was spent...probably hard to find though...

still looking though...any links would be appreciated...

9. My understanding during the congressional debates was
that between half and 2/3rds of it was direct cost of the military occupation, the actual cost of keeping a large army in the field for such an extended period of time. For each soldier in the field, there may be 5-10 soldiers getting supplies half way around the world to him. It's my understanding that the army itself is eating up the major cost.

6. Randi Rhodes said that
8 Billion went to Jebbie and about 3 Billion (slush fund) went to Rummy to do w/ as he pleases and THAT is why Kerry voted against it.

10. That leaves only 7.992 billion unaccounted for.
That is what you get when you subtract 8 million from 8 billion.
