9. Some decry these polls as "unscientific". . .
and thus worthless, but I'm of the opinion that perceptions and emotions can play a greater role in political decisions than evidence and arguments, if the perceptions and emotions are strong enough and presented with sufficient persistence. So where I used to not vote in these polls (because they are scientifically and statistically useless), these days I vote in them all so as to add to the snowballing effect currently working to bring BushCo down. The results here aren't as slanted as I'd wish, but it's another nail -- just one that hasn't been driven home yet.

17. Keep referrer info out of your vote...

Just a technical note about these polls. If you click on that link, the server logs for the MSNBC site will show the traffic came from DU.

It's really none of their business where the traffic came from. To disable the referrer information for your visit, do this:

1) Open a new browser window.

2) Swipe your mouse across the link text and highlight the whole link

3) Enter CTRL-C to Copy the text

4) Use CTRL-V to Paste the text into your new browser window's address bar

5) Hit ENTER and go vote :)

25. They must be getting smarter in blocking Du'ing and Freep'ing of polls
I couldn't either. Would be interesting to know if they are blocking all referers, only allowing access via "intra" site, or if they have a list of referers they're blocking.

Either way, these polls are all poop, they get Freep'd, Du'd, and who knows what else. I cringe whenver I hear internet poll results being announced on television, as they truly are unscientific.

24. When almost one-half of those voting believe it is OK to launch a
pre-emptive war that almost the entire world now views as illegal, unnecessary, unjust, immoral, and inhumane, is it any wonder that we are now the most hated and feared nation on the face of the world in the eyes of most of the world?

33. It's kind of interesting they used the term "invading Iraq".
I just voted  of course. BushCo certainly did invade Iraq but I find it interesting they would stick their journalistic necks out and say "invading". The tide is definitely turning.

34. MSRNC is keeping the "Yes" tally high. There is no possible
way to justify the invasion of Iraq. Americans have a lot of soul-searching to do. Especially those who pretended to do this in God's name.
