Ellen Bork,deputy director of PNAC on C-Span this morning....

did anyone else catch this show? During the show the identifying caption below her face was "deputy director of the project for a new american century". I was a little stunned to see them that out in the open. There were a few good calls,and I'm hoping people that saw the show will check out the PNAC website,because when a caller accused Cheney and Jeb Bush of being connected to PNAC she said that "Cheney had signed a letter but wasn't really involved" and that "she would have to check the site but she didn't think Jeb had ever been associated in any way".(Those quotes are paraphrased).

Another caller asked if she was the daughter of Judge Bork and she said that she was.

Anyway,I just wondered if anyone else saw the show,and what are your opinions?

I am not going to bother myself when they have their rightwingers on.. I already know their spiel by heart,.

2. She didn't seem to know much about the "Pearl Harbor type incident"

referenced in the PNAC documents either. She was dodging and feigning lack of knowlege about lots of things considering her title is "deputy director".

I thought she was lying through her teeth.

I figured that when she kept grabbing up her pen and taking notes that she was jotting down all of the things that needed to be scrubbed from the PNAC website.

3. I guess I know more about her organization than she does

because I know for a fact (confirmed at the PNAC website) that Jeb was one of the original signers of the PNAC statement of principles.

Really? If there's one thing they are, it's open about what they want to do. That's the scary part. They have a website. They have different publications that they write for. They're on different TV channels all the time. Kristol and Krauthammer are on Fox almost every night. They're major figures inside the government who have press conferences every day. I wish they were more secretive.
