Bush's Proposed Outsourcing Czar Moved Jobs to China
George W. Bush promised to do something about all the jobs moving overseas. So he said he would appoint a manufacturing czar to address the problem -Anthony Raimondo.

However, Raimondo's firm, Behlen Manufacturing Co., laid off 75 U.S. workers in 2002. By sheer coincidence, that was four months after he announced plans to construct a new factory in China.
