The House last week passed "The Decency Enforcement Act of 2004" with fines of $500,000 per incident of supposed indecency in broadcasts.
If this passes the Senate, it could be used against broadcasters like Howard Stern, who both criticize Bush and interview strippers. Stern has 8 million listeners and its important for Democrats that he stay on the air, even if you're not a fan.
Please call your Senators.

Please give a message to Senator ______ , please don't increase FCC fines for indecency, because freedom-of-speech would be reduced.
