Freepers Upset At Floridians As Bush Falls Behind Kerry
Bwahaha!

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1097648/posts

I like the one who says that says, luckily FL is full of old people who can't manage to find the right hole to punch and felons who shouldn't vote anyway.

In other words, WE CAN JUST STEAL IT AGAIN!

6. Well How About The FR View Of "Jewish Folk?"
Torie, 75% of Jewish folk are leftists. They are in favor of strict gun control for cripes sake and they will never change. Bush is not going to cut into that. He will do much better than most think with the hispanics in Florida and panhandle turnout will increase dramatically because of 2000.
Presumably, conservative Christians will turn out in droves but if they don't that "group" is a myth.

Jeb won by 12. Bush has been campaiging for two weeks, the dems for a year.

I think he'll win Florida by 3 0r 4 points.

16. I hate the anti-Semitism
They just can't figure it out, can they? Jews should vote for the right-wing religious fanatic? WTF? God they're dumb. Why would "old senile Jews" vote for anybody that doesn't have the slightest idea why they're afraid of the right-wing. God! I am not going to feel bad calling them rednecks anymore. I don't care how many of 'em I offend. If they're going to make fun of old Jewish people because they are a vulnerable target, then fuck 'em. I won't stand for that.

What was that line somebody put up here the other day?

Jews and blacks vote Democratic because they know who would get shot first if the Republicans ever take over.

typical moronic, racist "freeper" type. He is the most bitter, unhappy, physically (and mentally) sick person I know.

No one likes the guy.

The apotheosis of the freeper.

25. I don't think so
You'd think that they'd be on cloud nine with Republican control of the presidency and Congress, but the freepers always manage to find something to bitch about. Many of them will only be satisfied when we have a fundamentalist Christian theocracy; just take a look at their creepy prayer threads in which they ask God to "bring America back to Christ" and "crush the liberal/gay/non-Christian swine" etc.

Yep, I can see why they are angry. Even they aren't being heard by these imbeciles as much as they want! There is nothing to make a freeper happy. Nothing.

11. Dang! I wish I wasn't banned...
"...the good news is that a lot of the Florida voters are elderly Jewish voters who cannot figure out how to punch a hole in a piece of paper, many others are convicted felons who can be prevented from voting pursuant to law and there are probably around 537 terrorist rag-heads who would vote for Kerry, which if immigration is doing its job, will prevent their participation."

Posts like that make this Florida resident sorry that he got banned over at Freep.

15. Actually many freepers posts are level headed almost DU'esqe
Freeper quotes:

"The last thing Bush needs is Florida having a Dem bias. Then Bush has to win both Ohio and Pennslyvania, or he's toast."

"He has not pick up any support at all over his 2000 results, if anything he has lost support. the public has decided it doesnt want Bush anymore, they just dont know if they want Kerry yet."

"I would have thought at this juncture Bush would cut more deeply into the Jewish base in Florida given the issues, and given the lack of a Lieberman, and maybe a tad more into the Black vote and the non Cuban Hispanic vote. Obviously, given these numbers, none of that was picked up"

" "The latest Kerry scuttlebutt, is in a 1971 meeting, he took a vote to assassinate Pro Vietnam war U.S. Senators"
Believe me that story isnt going anywhere. It is too outlandish for the average person to accept. The mainstream press will ignore it and only talk radio will deal with it giving the story even less credibility."

"This is the year when Rove proves his worth--or not."

26. "Dem Bias" - hahaha
Elections in which the majority of voters do not choose their candidate is evidence of:

a. the democratic process established by our founders empowering the will of the people to choose its government

b. "Dem bias"

19. Wow!! Even further over the edge than usual!
The truth on "Hanoi John" is slowly coming out. The latest Kerry scuttlebutt, is in a 1971 meeting, he took a vote to assassinate Pro Vietnam war U.S. Senators. If this is true, it could end his political career ... forever. Because, right, wrong, or indifferent, that's a secret he should never have kept! Come November, Kerry maybe a good poster boy for ALPO Dog Food. The truth, drip, by bloody drip will come out!

Where did THAT come from? That's even too far out for Drudge, I'll bet!

23. I live in Florida, the GOP has lost many republicans because
many of us has abandoned the party! The neocons have taken control, I want my country back! They will not admit that JEB has messed up down here. Those of us with any kind of conscience want nothing to do with this cabal. They can blame it on people moving down if they want, but they will still have the problem. Many republicans are pissed at King George and Prince Jeb. Just in case there are any freepers lurking about, heres a nice article to read. There are plenty more stories like this one.

McBride appeals to moderate Republicans
By ADAM C. SMITH, Times Political Editor
© St. Petersburg Times
published April 14, 2002

Snip> Bomstein backed Bush for governor in 1998 but has been disappointed in how "very political" Bush has been in office. "Bill's the real deal, and I honestly believe he won't put his politics above the welfare of this state," said Bomstein.

And the Republican-controlled Legislature? "It disgusts me," said Bomstein.

Polls show Bush sitting pretty as he campaigns for a second term. But last week's Ruth Eckerd Hall gathering highlights an undercurrent that makes Bush vulnerable if any Democrat manages to ride it.

The Jeb Bush who campaigned four years ago as a moderate, unifying force for Florida increasingly looks out of step with many Florida voters.

A recent St. Petersburg Times/Miami Herald poll found half of Florida voters unhappy with his efforts to improve schools, and education is by far the top priority of voters. And while Bush has aligned himself with the fervently antitax leaders of the state House, nearly six in 10 voters are willing to see taxes raised to benefit public schools.<snip

It's encouraging to hear that we have Shit-for-Brains on the run. I hope the trend catches on and that more Dems get elected statewide.
