After the bombers killed 200 and injured thousands they demanded the Spanish citizens vote out the party supporting America. The Spanish citizens listened and voted the way they were directed.

I posted in LBN a 'analysis' that was one of a few dozen or so being circulated that essentially suggested the bombings would HELP the Popular Party and increase it's hold on power...

Boy was conventional wisdom wrong and the Spanish resisted the 'propaganda' suggesting that ETA had staged the bombings...as if the Marxist leaning ETA would kill 'workers' at train stations

The Spanish elector resisted the propaganda and tossed out Anzar and his miserable lot...hopefully more will follow including the Three Bs and Howard...
