Bush is an impatient man and cannot stand inaction....
He must do something - even if he is wrong. He is irrational in that way. Unfortunately, there is no one in his Administration that can check his irrationality. They follow him as if he were a sane man.

Take for example, tomorrow he wants to address the nation. Show the people the progress he is making in his war on terrorism, it seems? Have we ever had a leader with A.D.D. before Dubya?

The inaction of the last 2 or 3 days is more than he can handle. He is like the cartoon character of the vulture sitting on a dead tree limb, out in the desert, and saying, "Patience, my ass! I'm going ot kill something!"

1. On many occasions on TV he has been so impatient that it was hard for..
him to hide it. Or his sarcastic hatefulness.

2. This is weird

What progress, spain was just bombed by Al Qaeda and the right wing party was just given the boot because of it. How the heck is he going to spin that things are just rosey? To me this shows his internal numbers are as bad as Gallup and Wash Post are showing. He is desparate to get attention.

6. When we invaded Iraq we created new targets for AQ
that are overseas, so America is safer. Dead foreigners don't matter, dead Americans matter (assuming they die on American soil).

Another thought is that he'll claim that the attack in Spain is proof that we are winning the war on terror. Sort of the typical love means hate, peace means war, prosperity means depression nonsense that has carried them so far.

13. Spin!
He really needs to spin this fast. They'll find a way to make what's happened in Spain into a sign things are going great (hey, they said the deaths of our troops in Iraq was a sign things were going great!). Either that or they need to manufacture a new distraction.

3. Bring it on.
Shrub may just be the one person in America that can bring down the Bushco farce.
Damn, it is frustating that he is just not quite stupid enough to debate Kerry more than one time.

I have been reading that it's the "Undecided" that will swing the election one way or the other. Give Shrub enough rope and I suspect that he will hang himself. It wouldn't hurt if Kerry keeps pounding him though.

5. right on
(laughs until root beer is all over screen) That's a good one, man.

George W. Bush...I prefer to think of him as "Chimpy McCokespoon," the nickname that the wonderful people at the DU created for us.

It is true, Dubya is always itching for action. That could be why we jumped into Afghanistan and Iraq with such zeal.

16. haha
Thanks man. It's refreshing to get a welcome, rather than a shitting-on from the morons over on the Washington Dispatch boards.

Oh, by the way, could we get some help? The few Dems there are getting hammered by morons! They're like cockroaches! We can't get rid of them and their homophobic, racist, Christian-fundamentalist, pro-life logic!

7. Bush is a hyperactive little jackass with little intelligence and the
complete inability to form linear thought patterns. He can't get from point a to point b by himself. That's why he's so easy to manipulate. That's why he's under the delusion that he's in control.

just to feel good about himself.

I had a friend who once told me that you'd made it when you could "make money in your sleep".

Bush kills people in his sleep.
