The thread is starting to unravel....
Spain is the most obvious thread but it was starting to unravel before the terrorist attack in Spain. The Iraq elections are only a paper wish. No one knows what will happen in the next few weeks and months. Especially if the US withdraws totally from that tumultmous situation.

The attacks in Spain only magnify the dangers that lurk around the corners. The US, under the Bush leadership, has assisted in making the world safer for terrorism - not a world where we are safer from terrorism. His unilateralism and unprovoked invasion has created ripples in every national capitol around the world. It is an unpredictable world.

If there is an historical analogy, it may be the assassination of the Archduke Ferdinand before the First World War. No one knew how far the ripples would reach. Just as no one knows how far the actions of George W Bush will stretch at the start of this new decade.

1. The harm bush* has done to our country will reak havoc....
for decades to come. I am stunned by the amount of damage he has been allowed to get away with. He has set back civil rights, womens rights, free speech and turned half the ammendments to the constitution on it's head.
I was reflecting on this very subject the other day and thinking, the US must be very much like Nazi Germany in the early and mid thirties. I also think that a great many people in this country have buried their pointed little heads deeply in sand. I am deeply concerned for the future of our country and the rest of the world if this mad man is allowed to steal another election. I applaud the courage and patriotism of the Spanish people.

The world sure does not need instability in that region.

4. The repigs have repeated for years....
low voting turn out, democrats don't vote, poor people don't vote, government is not the answer, small government (while they make themselves rich from the government ala Chaney), yada..yada..yada... The public is already hypnotized by repig politicians and, with the help from the crooked media.

5. YOU ARE RIGHT
WE HAVE NO IDEA YET OF THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE this unelected leader has done yet or just how bad his further intentions are.....we had no idea at the time of the election 2000 when he was advertising himself as a Compasionate Conservative, that his true intentions were so radical and evil...We haven't a clue to what he has in mind for us once he no longer faces a situation where he no longer needs re-selection..He certainly ,has no regard for the people .... His evil greed and ignorance has prevailed....He must be prevented from making more WAVES, as I am sure the WAVES will not be acceptable....
